Key Features

Optimized sintering performance: The particle size of 200nm balances the sintering activity and particle bulk density, which is suitable for atmospheric sintering (it is easier to control the shrinkage rate than nano-powders).

High phase stability: The cubic phase remains stable from room temperature to 1400℃ (better than undoped ZrO₂).


Application Area

Structural ceramics field: wear-resistant ceramic components (bearings, valve sealing rings)    

Functional coating: corrosion-resistant coating (lining of chemical reactor)  

Electronic materials: dielectric ceramics (MLCC substrate, need to be combined with refinement process) piezoelectric sensors (need to be polarized)  

Refractory material: high temperature furnace lining (stable below 1600°C)
