Although the ceramic materials used in the semiconductor industry have attracted the attention and investment of governments at all levels and the industry and research community, the domestic substitution rate is still not high, and the substitution space is still broad.
In addition, with the development of semiconductor process technology to 7nm and higher, the production efficiency and accuracy of semiconductor equipment continue to improve, and the requirements for the physical and chemical performance indicators of ceramic material parts are also constantly improving. The industry characteristics of rapid iterative upgrading of technology in the semiconductor industry require advanced ceramic companies to continuously improve material formulas and processing techniques, and to continuously develop and replace products.
In this context, our company brought its independently developed nano-ceramic raw material products to the 4th Conference on Ceramic Materials Technology for the Semiconductor Industry in Kunshan, Jiangsu, and reached cooperation agreements and cooperation intentions with many customers at this exhibition. Next, our company will further develop large-scale semiconductor ceramic component manufacturers in the United Nations, launch higher-quality and low-cost material manufacturing solutions, and promote the process of localization substitution from the source of raw material manufacturing.
